After talking to my dad and investigating our tax situation I understood my coworkers point, and actually agreed with her. I access my current position in their eyes and may site the fact that I am tired, or that I drove them to the mall yesterday, so they should help me out with the dogs.

I try to evoke pity in them, as pathetic as it sounds, and they usually respond fairly well. My goal in this case is to make them feel hot and uncomfortable!
